1. How do I return a item?
bring the receipt to the store within 60 days of purchase on stock items. Special order items are non returnable.
2. Can I use a personal check or money order?
Yes and we also accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.
3. Do I have to leave a deposit to order a special order item?
Yes all special order items require a 50% deposit.
4. How do I find out my shipping cost?
If the item can be shipped UPS , the cost will be available on the website.
5. Do you have gift cards?
Yes ask one of our associates.
6. Can I get a catalog?
Yes we would be glad to mail you one.
7. How do I change my order?
Call the store and your order can be changed as long as it has not already shipped.
8. When will my order arrive / Has my order shipped / What is the status of my order?

9. How do I cancel my order?
Call the store and as long the item has not shipped it can be cancelled. All special order items are non returnable.
