How do I return a item?

Bring the receipt to the store within 60 days of purchase on stock items except: windows, appliances or special orders. Special order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Restock fee on $10.00 for stock window sizes in good condition.

Can I use a personal check or money order?

Yes and we also accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.

Do I have to leave a deposit to order a special order item?

Yes all special order items require a 100% deposit.

Do you have gift cards?

Yes ask one of our associates.

I just received my order and you sent the wrong item?
